Folios 248-249: James Hawkins Whitshed, HMS Arrogant, Spithead. Had applied to the Board of Ordnance for the Arrogant to be supplied with four long eighteen pound cannonades for her poop. They will not make any alteration without the directions of the Admiralty. Requests that Admiralty give the necessary order.
