Folios 238-239: James Hawkins Whitshed, HMS Arrogant at the Nore. A number of men"entered" the Arrogant in Londonderry and then sailed to Plymouth. Requests that the Commanding Officer at Plymouth is requested to ensure the men are forwarded to him by the quickest means possible.
