Folios 222-223: Charles White, HMS Favourite, King's Road, Bristol. States he is short of crew, especially those who could"take the lead". Captain Hawker has confirmed there are between 60 to 70 men available on board the Tender here. Requests permission to take onboard the necessary number of men to complete his crew.
