Folios 210-211: Charles White, HMS Favourite at the Nore. Refers to his letter of 12 August to the Admiralty with regard to the seizure and detention of the Industry Lugger. Had assumed that a Notice of Action served on him at the same time from the attorney of Thomas Mantle was a counterpart to the others. He encloses this writ (not with letter) and requests the Admiralty is informed of the circumstances.
