Folios 164-165: Thomas West, HMS Alexander, Spithead. Francis Ludlow, James Waterman, Joseph Jackson and John Dagg who were transferred from HMS Phoenix to HMS Alexander following receipt of prizes have not been since and it is doubtful they will return. Requests Admiralty grants Order to discharge them so that replacement crew can be taken on.
