Folios 267-268: Francis Wooldridge, HMS Fortune, Margate Roads. Advises that he sailed yesterday from Flushing with dispatches from John Manly, Captain, HMS Syren with orders to land them at Deal. The wind, as forced them to anchor at Margate and will proceed to the Downs as soon as the wind permits.
