Folios 262-263: John Woodley, HMS Spitfire, Lundy Road. Reports leaving Cork on 1 February with a number of volunteers on board: 58 Able Seaman, 39 Ordinary Seamen and 75 Landsmen. However due to the strong winds and the sickness of the newly raised men he has been forced to anchor here until the weather moderates. Explains he has ordered Digby Dent, Lieutenant, HMS Sultana, to sail from Plymouth to Cork, as there was no vessel there to receive newly raised men.
