Folios 260-261: John Woodley, HMS Nemesis, Mounts Bay. Reports that he left Cork on 5 March 1794 with the tender HMS Maria, Edward Ferriter, Lieutenant, and twelve Merchant ships under convoy. On 6 March 1793, the tender and two of the merchant vessels went missing and although he is not worried for their safety, there is no reason why they should have parted company. Advises that on 7 March 1793 he along with six of the convoy made for Mounts Bay due to the weather. The remainder or the convoy thought it proper to keep sailing despite his signal to anchor.
