Folios 255-256: William Wolseley, HMS Lowestoffe, Milford Haven. Reports that he has had to return to Milford Haven with the convoy because of gales. Captain Longcroft, Regulating Officer, had communicated to him the orders to press men from the Protections specified and on the night of 26 April, the boats of HMS Lowestoffe, pressed 50 men, who are now on board the little Kate Tender, Lieutenant Lewin, and will sail with him to Plymouth.
