Folios 253-254: William Wolseley, HMS Lowestoffe, Milford Haven. Reports his arrival on 14 April 1793 to take up the Swansea sand Bristol trade vessels having sailed from Liverpool to the Isle of Man and then cruised between the and Point Linas until 13 April 1793. Intends to sail today with the convoy for Plymouth. Scilly has been appointed the Rendezvous in case strong winds are met.
