Folios 85-86: James Wallis, Bull Inn, Rochester.
Reports that he has received a letter from Lieutenant Thomas Relph, stationed at Sevenoaks by his predecessor to regulate that district, saying that Captain Daniel who was the regulating Officer for Gravesend seems to have orders from Mr Horton, Clerk of the Peace there, to cover that area. Asks for instructions.
