Folios 233-234: Grosvenor Winkworth, HMS Savage, the Downs. Responding to a request to name the officer, Henry James Richardson, Lieutenant, as being the officer who wrongly impressed three men and who is guilty of disobedience to orders in not taking notice of the ship's protection when offered. Explains Richardson was subjected to insolent and unbecoming language from the Master of the vessel which caused him to make such an error and usually pays strict attention to his duty.
