Folios 231-232: Grosvenor Winkworth, HMS Savage, the Nore. States the case of John Crow, Carpenter, who does not wish to be discharged. Explains how Crow was impressed out of the British Queen as he could not produce an Affidavit. Having heard the man's representation, he was of the opinion that Crow was not pressable and gave him leave to go to town to collect his wages upon promising to return and enter the service.
