Folios 214-215: George Wilson, HMS Bellona, Torbay. Confirming that he put to sea, as per his enclosed Orders from Earl Richard Howe, Admiral, on Sunday last for Plymouth Sound but severe weather conditions forced his return to Torbay last night.
