Folios 214-215: George Wilson, HMS Bellona, Torbay. Confirming that he put to sea, as per his enclosed Orders from Earl Richard Howe, Admiral, on Sunday last for Plymouth Sound but severe weather conditions forced his return to Torbay last night.
Folios 216-217: enclosure with folios 214-215. Letter dated 15 December 1793 by Earl Richard Howe, Admiral, HMS Queen Charlotte, Torbay, to George Wilson, HMS Bellona. Copy of Orders to proceed to Plymouth Sound to take on stores and provisions and get ready for Service, remaining at the Port until further instructions are received.
