Folios 208-209: George Wilson, HMS Bellona, Blackstakes. Acknowledge receipt of Orders of 19 September 1793 to proceed to Spithead as soon as all Petty Officers and men have been received on board from HMS Charon and paid all wages due. Reports that the men only arrived last night and the pay lists only just forwarded.
