Folios 194 -195: Thomas William , HMS Lizard, the Nore. Reporting his arrival this day at the Nore having executed his orders of 13 August 1793 to call at the Isles of Orkney and Shetland and to take under Convoy any ships employed in the Greenland and Davis Straights Fisheries. The Sarah & Elizabeth of Hull, Davis Straights Fisheries was found at Orkney, on 25 July 1793, homeward bound but whose Master did not require Protection. The Ulysses of London, Davis Straights Fisheries spoken to exiting Brassey Sound, Shetland Isles on her way home on 26 July 1793 and did not require protection. A Dutch Armed Brig and Ketch arrived in Brassey Sound as HMS Lizard was leaving.
