Folios 180-181: Thomas Williams, HMS Lizard, the Nore Enclosing a letter from Dunbar Douglas, Lieutenant, in reply to the charges cited against him by the Post Master at Yarmouth. Adds his own account of what happened that night and that Lieutenant Douglas was under his orders to obtain the letters from the Post Office at Yarmouth with the utmost speed but that Douglas had been prevented from doing so by the Post Office.
