Folios 172-173: Thomas Williams, HMS Lizard, Yarmouth Roads. Reporting his arrival and orders received to proceed to Aberdeen with HM Ships under his command and from there take two vessels bound for Campvere, under convoy to their destinations. To also take under his protection, at the request of their Masters, any Trade vessels bound from Holland to the English coast.
Folio 174: enclosure with folios 175-176. Thomas Williams, HMS Lizard, in Yarmouth Roads, 19 May 1793. Report on the state and condition of the ship.
