Folios 161-162: Thomas Williams. HMS Lizard, Yarmouth Roads. Reporting his arrival this day having executed his Orders of 9 May 1793. Explains that he has found Orders of 12 May 1793 requiring him to take the Trade Ships from Yarmouth to Holland together with the convoy from the Humber and explains that, as he sailed from the Roads before these additional Orders reached him, they remain unexecuted. He will, however, now sail immediately with the Brigs to Rotterdam.
