Notification that William John Beal, Purser, issued 6½ gallons of Rum during the period of his last accounts due to the men being exposed to the sun in getting off a ship at Tortola 20 Sep 1820, and fatigued during a hurricane 28 Sep 1820, and sought credit for this.
