Advising Admiralty that Captain Plumridge appeared to transmit a receipt from his successor in HMS Sappho for the Private signals instead of delivering to the office therefore the proper certification couldn't be issued for his ships accounts. Request for certificate to either be dispensed with or accepted. Noted 9 Jun with comments.
