Folios 241-242: Frederick V Vernon, HMS Challenger, Verdon Roads. Reports that 2nd Lieutenant Mr Amos Plymsell being discharged sick from HMS Challenger since 1 January 1814 and Lieutenant Bligh appointed but not having joined. Request that Mr Digby Marsh be appointed who has been Acting Lieutenant by order of Sir George Ralph Collier since 29 November 1813.
