Folios 239-240: Richard Budd Vincent, HMS Trident; at Malta. He has received the letter dated 10 November 1813 addressed to Mr G H Palmer appointing him Lieutenant on HMS Trident. Reports that Mr G H Palmer died at the Naval Hospital at Malta on the 28n December 1813
