Folios 235-236: Francis Vesey, Garrison, Sheerness. Reports that on paying HMS Newcastle on Monday, Michael McGrath late belonging to HMS Thunder, complained of his injustice of his rating of Ordinary Seaman. He states that he has been at sea for 13 years until December 1813 and capable of doing the duty of an Able Seaman. Request this be considered.
