Folios 220-221: Frederick V Vernon, HMS Challenger, between the Island and Main. Lieutenant Amos Plymsell, Discharged Sick from the Books of HMS Challenger on the 1 January 1814 having represented to me by letter his wish to rejoin as his health is restored and Lieutenant Bligh not having joined. Request his request to rejoin be granted.
