Folios 208-209: [George?] Usher, 21 Lombard Street. Acknowledges letter dated 16 November 1814 about his wounds received whilst on HMS Pelican in 1800, an action in the Straits of Gibraltar on the 8 May 1808 and he received a contusion in attaching the Mole Lead Battery at Malaga 29 April 1812.
Folios 210-211: enclosure with folios 208-209. Letter dated 1 October 1801 by [Sir] Hyde Parker, Great Cumberland Place, about the service of Lieutenant Usher under Captain [Christopher?] Laroche.
