Covering letter for the enclosed [Not Inc.] Request from Colonel Neil Campbell under the instruction of The Right Honourable Lord [Robert Stewart], Viscount Castlereagh to Captain Thomas Usher [Ussher], HMS Undaunted to convey Napoleon Bonaparte and his suite from Frejus on the Coast of France to the Island of Elda, with a list [Inc.] of the persons accompanying him. Request Captain Thomas Usher [Ussher] be paid such allowance that this service may be due.
