Folios 147-148: Frederick Vernon, HMS Challenger, Plymouth Sound. Covering letter for the enclosed [Inc.] Copy of Acting Order granted by Sir George Ralph Collier to Mr Digby March.
Folios 149-150: enclosure with folios 147-148. Orders dated 21 November 1813 by Sir George Ralph Collier, HMS Surveillante, of Passajes? [Pasajes]. Orders for Digby March to be Acting Lieutenant as Lieutenant Amos Plymsell has been surveyed and found unfit for sea duty.
Folio 151: enclosure with folios 147-148. Proforma:- Paper given out from Record Office. Captain Vernon Mr March, 11 December 1813 and Mr Forster 23 December 1813.
