Folios 141-142: James Veitch, St Marys, Scilly Islands. Reports that the wreck of the late HMS Colossus wrecked in 1798 are now very injurious to the anchorage and suggest that the removal could be helpful and that HMS Reindeer had her cables damaged. With regard to the proposed Signal Post about to be established on Newford Down suggests a different design and location.
