Folios 252: Order to Henry Vansittart, HMS Magicienne, The Downs. He is ordered to Spithead.
Folio 253: enclosure with folios 252: A report dated 6 November 1802 by William Balls, Carpenter from HMS Immortalitie, Caesar Beckett HMS Constance and George Greary of HMS Jamaica. They report that in their view the the main mast and parts of the rigging are damaged and unfit.
