Description

Folios 211- 211A: Henry Vansittart, HMS Thunderer, Spithead. He reports that he has left the squadron that is under the command of Sir Robert Calder, whose despatches he has forwarded. He encloses an account of the state of the ship and its defects.

Folio 212: enclosure with folios 211-211A. A list of the defects and state of HMS Thunderer dated 1 June 1801.

Folio 213: enclosure with folios 211-211A. An order from Sir Robert Calder dated 31 May 1801, directing Captain Vansittart of HMS Thunderer to go to Spithead and forward despatches.
