Folios 197-198: Clotworthy Upton, HMS Zephyr, Woolwich. He sayes that victualling having been received, they had arrived at Woolwich and his vessel taken out of commission in line with the Admiralty's orders. He thanks the Admiralty for his command and adds that he is ready to serve as a Commander in the future.
