Folios 231-232: Azariah Uzuld, HMS Actaeon, River Mersey. Requesting guidance on what to do with James Fallan, removed from American ship who was mutinous and currently on board HMS Actaeon.
Folio 233: enclosure with folios 231-232. Certificate from Provisional Cavalry for the County of Chester commanded by Sir John Fleming Leicester, Bart, 1 January 1798. Permit the bearer James Fallan to pass unmolested to any part of England on his business.
