Folios 438-439: George Vancouver, 142 New Bond Street. Asks that some charts and drawings currently in Mr. Dalrymple's office be sent to him so he can prepare for the publication of information about his voyage as instructed by their Lordships. He also asks whether he should choose the engravers etc and asks for help in defaying the expenses involved with publication.
Folio 440: enclosure with folios 438-439. Note of reply. He will receive advantages from publication not withstanding the claims of others on the voyage. The charts and drawings will be sent to him.
