Folios 407-408: Azariah Uzuld, HMS Actaeon, River Mersey. Informs their Lordships of the arrival of HMS Penguin and 5 transport ships with French prisoners of war on board. He also has 64 supernumeraries on board the Acteon and no tenders at present in Liverpool. He proposes sending the supernumeraries on HMS Penguin which is going to Cork but it will be easy to send them on to Plymouth from there.
