Folios 403-404: Azariah Uzuld, HMS Actaeon, River Mersey. Encloses a letter from Lieutenant Cheyne of the tender Ann respecting repairs to the vessel.
Folios 405-406: enclosure with folios 403-404. Letter dated 9 November 1796 by James Cheyne, Liverpool, River Mersey. The Ann has had no repairs for 4 years. The keel is almost worn away and the ship very leaky. The owners are prepared to do repairs but at Whitehaven where it will be a third of the cost at Liverpool
