Folios 389-390: Azariah Uzuld, HMS Actaeon, River Mersey. Informs their Lordships that he has refused to accept Owen Owens as a substitute for Henry Rossen. He was suspicous that the father had paid Owens only 10 guineas and it transpired that Owen Owens was due before the magistrates. As a convicted criminal he would be due for impressment anyway so that is what Uzuld did.
