Informs their Lordships that he sent Henry Phillps, carpenter home as a prisoner on the Dadalus Transport ship on 9 September 1792 because of his insolent and disrespectful behaviour. He sent the written evidence og Lieutenant Pugert and 2 Midshipmen for the Court martial he applied for.
