Folios 203-204: George Vancouver, HMS Discovery, Longreach. He hopes their Lordships will approve his taking Matthew Brown on to the books of the Discovery in Nootks Sound. He was a deserter from HMS Alfred but the Discovery was short a man and he has been a very good seaman.
