Informs their Lordships that he has sent 39 pressed men to Plymouth on the tender Ann. There were also 24 Volunteers raised by the Duke of Atholl for HMS Dryad on board. He was persuaded by Lieutenant Cheyne that this would be safe as they had been raised by the Duke of Atholl at great expense [?]
