Folios 214-215: Joseph Tullidge, HMS Clinker, Spithead. Enclosing a letter from Thomas Kisbee, Midshipman, who wishes to serve in the Brigade of Seamen on the Continent under the command of Charles Napier, Captain.
Folios 216-217: enclosure with folios 214-215. Letter dated 15 May 1815 by Thomas Kisbee, HMS Clinker, Spithead, to Joseph Tullidge. Requesting a discharge so he can serve in a Brigade of Seamen on the Continent who is employing Mates and Midshipmen who have passed their examinations.
