Folios 200-201: John Tancock, HMS Conway, off Madeira. Advising that he has sent duplicate reports of 15 February 1815 by the Merchant Brig Carsden. Reports intelligence from HMS [Esk?] that HMS Levant had sailed from Gibraltar of 17 February for Madeira but has not yet arrived and he has therefore been obliged to seek supplies from the British Consul in Madeira.
