Folios 415-416: Aaron Tozer, No 15 Surry Street, Stand. Request that the requirement to produce a Log and Certificates fro his appointment as Lieutenant on HMS Gorgon from 14 September 1812 to 31 October 1812 be dispensed with as he was taken ill immediately he joined the ship and was sent to the Hospital in Mahon where he remained till the 24 November 1812.
