Folios 408-409: Nicholas Tomlinson, Craven Hotel, Craven Street. States that from his previous letters, the Certificate of Age was lost by the Admiralty and the Certificate of Moral Conduct was returned and this has lead to another Young Gentleman being due to be examined in his place. He has replaced the Certificate of Age and returned the Certificate of Moral Conduct and request his son be examined as originally planned.
