Folios 383-384: John Tancock, HMS Conway, Chatham. Application to appoint Mr T Hood, late Purser on HMS Hasty, to be the Purser on HMS Conway.
Folios 385-386: enclosure with folios 383-384. Thomas Samuel Hood, HMS Conway, Chatham. Request his Certificate of Servitude to be returned. Dated 8 November 1814.
Folios 387-388: enclosure with folios 383-384. Thomas Samuel Hood, HMS Hasty, Sheerness. Application for the position of Purser on HMS Conway. Dated 21 October 1814,.
Folio 389: enclosure with folios 383-384. John Brenton, HMS Hasty, Little Nore. Regarding the application of Mr T Hood, Purser on HMS Hasty, to be appointed to HMS Conway. He has no objection and that he is most deserving of promotion.
