Covering letter for an invoice [Not Inc.] for 20 barrels of Public Spice, shipped by Commissary General Besset at Palermo on the 20 August 1814 containing 5 bags of one thousand Spanish Dollars each, making together One Hundred Thousand Spanish Dollars assigned to the Deputy Commissary General Granet or to the Senior Commissary Officer in Genoa. Request the allowance usually paid.
