Folios 235-236: Lord James Townshend, 10 John Street, Adelphi.
He names Bart alias Arthur Watson and William Arthell who have asked to be treated in the same way as other in the crew of HMS Aeolus. They were left behind by HMS Melampus and marked as R in the Ships Book. Asks that the R be removed and they be given their pay and leave.
