Folios 212-213: Ewell Tritton, HMS Kingfisher, Motherbank. Reports his arrival in obedience to orders from Admiral Samuel Hood Linzee and despatches have been forwarded. Sailing from Malta with HMS Achilles with trade vessels he reports the number of sick persons and deaths in Valletta.
Folio 214: enclosed with folios 212-213. A copy of the order from Admiral Linzee ordering Tritton to take 15 American prisoners to England.
Folio 215: enclosed with folios 212-213. A list of defects of HMS Kingfisher signed by Ewell Tritton and John Tower, Carpenter.
Folio 216: enclosed with folios 212-213. List of the names of 15 American prisoners and the vessels that they had served on taken on board HMS Kingfisher.
Folio 217: enclosed with folios 212-213. Copy of orders from Admiral Linzee countermanding orders given by Vice Admiral Sir Edward Pellew. He is to take despatches to England and special orders are given about how to ensure their safe arrival.
