Description

Folios 245-246: James Tillard, HMS Sabrina, Plymouth. Acknowledge receipt of Mr Barrows letter dated 11 October 1811 (with its enclosures) signifying directions have been given to Mr Gortling, the Proctor for their Lordships Department to take the necessary steps for prosecuting the Masters of the Ships and Vessels which deserted the Convoy. Request to be furnished with the assistance and advice of the Agent for the Admiralty Solicitor in drawing up the Affidavits for the prosecution.

Folio 247: enclosure with folios 245-246. A List of Ships and Vessels who have deserted the Convoy under protection of HMS Sabrina.
