Folios 215-216: Joseph Needham Tayler, HMS Sparrow, Spithead. In obedience to the enclosed orders and instructions of Admiral Rowley reports his arrival from Negril Bay Jamaica having left on the 26 July 1811 in company with HMS Elk and convoy. Reports that the Irish and Bristol Convoy which he was in command of per Captain Clement Milward orders parted company in perfect safety.
